Exactal is pleased to announce that they will be attending the 2011 AVEVA World Summits as an official sponsor.

The theme of this year’s conference is Joined-Up Thinking, and Exactal hopes to exemplify this theme by promoting CostX® software’s new PDMS compatibility.

Adding to its already extensive list of features, the new CostX® Version 3.30 can now work directly with PDMS. This means that when estimators, cost engineers, engineering contractors or quantity surveyors are working on a project designed using PDMS, they can live-link the PDMS model to the project cost breakdown to dynamically manage cost and scope.

CEO & Founder Mark Kefford, one of three Exactal members attending the conferences, states “The addition of the new PDMS compatibility feature further establishes CostX® as the new industry standard for estimating software. We hope that by attending the conference and promoting this feature, we can enter into new markets not previously explored by Exactal”.

The dates and locations of the conferences are as follows:

  • European Summit- to be held in Copenhagen from 17th – 19th October
  • Americas Summit- to be held in Rio de Janeiro from 25th – 27th October
  • Asia- Pacific Summit- to be held in Singapore from 8th – 10th November
